Throughout the course of GEOB 270, I have learned a new program call GIS (Geographic Information System), which gives me more knowledge of how maps are created by using data and techniques of GIS. At first, I thought GIS is a complicated program, because when I created my first map for lab 3, I made a lot of mistakes, However, after using every week during the lab section, I feel more confident in using GIS right now and create better maps for my final report. Hopefully, I can continue to improve my GIS skills and use GIS in the future.
